Stolen Credit or Debit Card
If you believe your card, card information, or access code has been lost or stolen or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your accounts without your permission, call:

- (800) 322-8472 for credit cards
- (800) 729-3742 for Frick Financial FCU during business hours
After a card is reported as lost or stolen, we will receive a report informing us the card has been blocked so that we can determine whether to issue you a new card and charge the applicable fee for a replacement. We rely on the telephone number and address on your credit union member profile. If you believe your contact information needs to be updated, please contact a Member Service Representative to learn the steps that you need to take to update your contact information.
